All of the staff I came across were really lovely and helpful. They were always there to greet you with a smile and a welcome. The room is great with everything you need in it. It's in a busy location but it was quiet on the higher floors enabling a great night's sleep in a comfy bed. I have extended my stay here due to the comfort. I would mort certainly stay here again if I return to Pataya. It's good value for money. : )

Staff was so nice! Not at many hotels here on the South. They helped with all my luggage, they changed the broken key for free and so on. Amazing people. The pool was clear and not much people there.
